How we make it.

2 slices, Dave's Killer White Done Right bread, toasted
2 pieces of bacon
1 fried egg, over easy
Kosher salt, to taste

Toast ya bread. Fry ya egg. Bake ya bacon. Salt it how you like it. Smoosh it to make that yoke run and enjoy.

Why we make it.

My husband Michael loves a good breakfast sandwich. I mostly think they're gross. Always drowning in cheese and wet in their packaging. They give me the willies. This one, however, is a simple delight. No cheese needed. Just the perfection of crispy bacon and an over easy egg dripping its silky, salted yolk into the perfect toast. It'll start your Saturday right. That's why we make it.
